I loved the speaker sessions and the beautiful decor + photo opportunities! There was so many people to network with and meet! All of the signage helped show the speakers and sponsors too which was helpful.

Sydney R. Dozier
Sydney's journey is one of tenacity and passion, marked by a pursuit of creativity and commitment to excellence. At 19, she left college to follow her dreams of becoming a singer-songwriter in Nashville. Though her path shifted, she found her calling in social media marketing during the rise of social media platforms for business in 2012.
Starting by offering her expertise pro bono to businesses and news publications, Sydney’s work caught the attention of brands and led to her role as Marketing Director at the Johnny Cash Museum. There, she shaped the museum’s narrative through strategic social media storytelling.
In 2014, Sydney founded Renaissance Marketing Group, assembling a team dedicated to delivering exceptional social media management, content creation, paid digital advertising, and influencer partnerships. The agency's mission is to support brand and business owners in giving their businesses a renaissance through impactful and effective social media marketing content, strategy, and growth
Sydney also empowers women entrepreneurs through The Renaissance Podcast, The Mona Lisa Foundation, and The Renaissance Women’s Summit. Her goal is to take the summit to different cities across the country while keeping the annual flagship event in Nashville, continuing her and her team’s mission to empower women entrepreneurs to unlock the door to their renaissance life by transforming their passions into thriving businesses.
In her personal life, she enjoys being a wife, mother to her son Sawyer James, and caring for her Maltese dogs, Stevie Nicks and EmmyLou Harris.

February 2022
Inaugural Renaissance Women’s Summit. Keynote by Brittany Driscoll of Squeeze Massage. A sold-out debut featuring top speakers and panelists.
December 2023
First event outside Nashville, hosted in Charleston's scenic Low Country. Keynoted by Mimi Striplin and Carrie Morey, marking another sold-out success.
October 2024
Upcoming fifth summit, the first Social Media Marketing Summit for women entrepreneurs and content creators, set to be held in Austin, Texas.
February 2023
Second annual summit, another sold-out event. Keynotes included Tori Gerbig of Pink Lily and Gabby Hirata, former CEO of DVF, alongside influential speakers like Julie Solomon, Alyssa Rosenheck, and Jessica Zweig.
Fourth summit returned to Nashville, featuring Alli Webb of DryBar as the keynote. Opening keynote by Tiffany Napper, with Brittany Driscoll and Ashley Brooke James and others among the 29 speakers, making it the largest event to date.
