Join us for the 6th Annual Renaissance Women’s Summit, an empowering, one-day experience designed to inspire, educate, and connect women entrepreneurs and leaders. This year’s theme, “Unleash Your Revival,” is all about reigniting your passion, realigning with your purpose, and stepping boldly into the next chapter of your entrepreneurial journey.
The day kicks off at 8:30 AM with registration, shopping from local women-owned businesses, and meaningful connections with fellow attendees. At 9:30 AM, we’ll open the summit with a powerful Revival Invocation and a short film that sets the tone for the day, followed by an inspiring Opening Keynote you won’t want to miss.

Sydney Dozier
Sydney Dozier’s journey is one of resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. At just 19, she made the bold decision to leave college and pursue her dreams of becoming a singer-songwriter in Nashville. While her path shifted, her passion for storytelling remained constant, ultimately leading her to discover her true calling in social media marketing during the early rise of platforms for business in 2012.
Starting by offering her expertise pro bono to local businesses and news publications, Sydney’s talent quickly caught the attention of major brands, propelling her into the role of Marketing Director at the Johnny Cash Museum. There, she crafted compelling narratives and grew the museum’s online presence through strategic social media storytelling.
In 2014, Sydney founded Renaissance Marketing Group, assembling a dynamic team of talented women dedicated to delivering exceptional social media management, content creation, paid digital advertising, and influencer partnerships. The agency’s mission is simple yet powerful: to help brands and business owners experience their own renaissancethrough impactful content, data-driven strategies, and authentic growth. Today, Renaissance Marketing Group is recognized as one of Nashville’s leading social media agencies.
Living out her own Renaissance Life, Sydney empowers women entrepreneurs through The Renaissance Podcast, a platform designed to inspire women to rise, thrive, and chase their dreams. In 2021, she founded The Mona Lisa Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to mentoring, supporting, and providing scholarships to women entrepreneurs in Nashville.
Her vision expanded with the creation of the Renaissance Women’s Summit, first held in Nashville in February 2022. Since then, the summit has sold out events in Nashville, Charleston, and Austin. Sydney’s goal is to take the summit to cities across the country, while maintaining the annual flagship event in Nashville—continuing her mission to help women unlock their renaissance life by transforming their passions into thriving businesses.
In her personal life, Sydney cherishes her role as a wife and mother to her son, Sawyer James, and enjoys the company of her beloved Maltese dogs, Stevie Nicks and EmmyLou Harris. She and her husband are excited to welcome their second child, a baby girl, in Spring 2025.

February 2022
Inaugural Renaissance Women’s Summit. Keynote by Brittany Driscoll of Squeeze Massage. A sold-out debut featuring top speakers and panelists.
December 2023
First event outside Nashville, hosted in Charleston's scenic Low Country. Keynoted by Mimi Striplin and Carrie Morey, marking another sold-out success.
October 2024
Fifth summit, the first Social Media Marketing Summit for women entrepreneurs and content creators, held in Austin, Texas.
February 2023
Second annual summit, another sold-out event. Keynotes included Tori Gerbig of Pink Lily and Gabby Hirata, former CEO of DVF, alongside influential speakers like Julie Solomon, Alyssa Rosenheck, and Jessica Zweig.
Fourth summit returned to Nashville, featuring Alli Webb of DryBar as the keynote. Opening keynote by Tiffany Napper, with Brittany Driscoll and Ashley Brooke James and others among the 29 speakers, making it the largest event to date.
