  • The summit is scheduled to take place at Vuka (5540 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78751) Austin, Texas, on Thursday, October 10, 2024. Doors open at 12:30PM and the event will wrap at 5:30PM.

  • Doors open at 12:30PM, the summit will kick off at 1:00PM, Empower Hour will be at 4:30PM and the event will wrap at 5:30PM. Please visit our Agenda page for a full schedule of sessions that will have ongoing updates.

  • Registration will begin at 12:30PM and the event will start promptly at 1:00PM. We suggest arriving at the venue (Vuka) at 12:30PM to maximize all time to park, sign in, mingle, and take a seat.

  • Yes! We will have parking attendants to guide you to your spots quickly and efficiently. However, we would encourage Ubering to and from the venue to maximize time and space.

  • Seating will be first come, first serve. We suggest arriving when doors open at 12:30 to secure your seat. Seating will be at tables to allow note taking and to maximize your experience.

  • Just your positivity! We will provide pens and notebooks for all attendees. Water, other refreshments, and snacks will be provided throughout the event.

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend the summit, you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else.

  • The Renaissance Women Summit is for all women. Entrepreneurs, startup founders, social media content creators, and anyone interested in leveraging social media for business growth. We believe that every woman is a Renaissance Woman and has a seat at this impactful event.

  • Yes, there will be opportunities for Q&A sessions, networking breaks, and a dedicated networking empower hour to interact with the speakers and attendees!

  • Yes! We will have water, coffee, refreshments and heavy snacks provided throughout the day. We will wrap the event with an hour-long “empower hour” that will include charcuterie and bar beverages. We encourage all attendees to plan their meals before and after the event.
