TORI GERBIG

Tori Gerbig, 35-year-old founder and CEO of Pink Lily, walked away from her insurance job making $35,000 to grow her online clothing business. In 2021, the business brought in over $141 million in sales.


Pink Lily is one of the fastest-growing online retailers in America committed to bringing women of every shape, size and color an ever-changing assortment of fashion-forward apparel, footwear and accessories. A family-owned and family-run business, Tori’s vision from day one has been to build a brand that inspires women to achieve their best while creating a community where all women feel beautiful. Tori has been instrumental in creating and maintaining the brand’s highly engaged community across social media where the brand interacts with more than 3.6 million followers. Prior to Co-Founding Pink Lily, Tori worked in insurance sales. A graduate of Western Kentucky University, she resides in her hometown of Bowling Green, Kentucky with her husband and Pink Lily Co-Founder Chris Gerbig along with their three children.

Gabby Hirata

Gabby Hirata is the president and chief executive of DVF (Diane von Furstenberg), having joined the company in January 2020. Prior to DVF, Gabby served as the chief strategy officer of Jill Stuart in 2019, and the managing director of Adeam, a NY-based Japanese luxury brand from 2014 to 2018. Prior to these senior management roles, Gabby specialized in product development and supply chains at Ralph Lauren, managing the global sourcing of Blue Label and the launch of Polo for Women from 2009 to 2014.

Raised in China and educated in the US, Gabby is passionate about leveraging her multi-cultural and tri-lingual background to streamline and scale organizations through establishing international offices, standard operating procedures, and global go-to-market strategies with a focus on China.
